Diana Davis

I’m a passionate entrepreneur and consultant dedicated to helping businesses thrive. With a strong background in accounting and financial management, I specialize in empowering startups, small businesses, and service providers to achieve their goals through strategic planning and community building. As the founder of Brown Ribbon Exchange, I created a bartering network to connect women entrepreneurs, especially women of color, to exchange skills and build sustainable ventures. I also run Brown Ribbon Consulting, where I support businesses with holistic financial solutions. When I’m not working, I volunteer my time speaking to youth about entrepreneurship, serve on nonprofit boards, and work to create opportunities that uplift underrepresented communities. My mission is to build systems that foster collaboration, innovation, and success for all.
