Biography
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I have been a certified fitness instructor since 2008 and a certified Yoga Teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance since 2015. In 2020, I founded Kimberly’s Yoga and More, LLC, where I lead both national and international retreats, specialized yoga trainings, and certification programs in Thai massage and yoga instruction. Passionate about inclusivity, I established a grant-based program aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding yoga in the Black community, providing full scholarships to Black and brown individuals seeking to become certified yoga teachers.
