Aaron Allen is an experienced aviation consultant, business leader, and education strategist with 30 years of experience in leadership and leadership development. Over the past 15 years, he has focused on aviation program development, instructional design, and workforce training. As President of Urban Aviation Group, he is dedicated to building STEM and CTE aviation pathways that create real opportunities for youth, particularly in underserved communities. With a strong background in business leadership, Aaron has successfully led and developed organizations that drive meaningful impact. An FAA-licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic and certified drone pilot, he is committed to equipping the next generation with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the aviation industry.
